The Round Table “Current Trends in Phonetic Studies” was scheduled for Friday, 12 May 2017 at the Faculty of Linguistics, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
The programme included presentations by leading specialists in phonetics, a presentation of Professor A. A. Kalyta’s monograph “Энергетика речи” (“Speech Energetics”), poster presentations and contributions by researchers in linguistics and language teaching from Ukrainian universities.
